FIND A LAWYER

Getting a Lawyer

Under the law, there is no cost to you to have a lawyer for your hearing, and we advise that you do have an experienced lawyer to help you with your judicial bypass.  There are different procedures in different parts of the state; please find your county below to determine how to get an attorney.  Some counties do not have trained attorneys so they are listed along with other counties that do; in all counties you may also call the PATH Project hotline number for assistance or additional information about getting a lawyer.
